job description

About the company:

You will be joining well-established multinational financial services with a sizable IT team internally. This company has very stable business across the APAC region and is looking for a new BA to join the team.

About the team: You will be reporting to the IT Manager and work closely with 4 other team members to manage and handle most of the projects related to the internal business applications / systems. About the job:
  • Act as the bridge in between the internal users and the IT team, maintain good communication with the internal users to gather and evaluate the enhancement/ upgrade requirements regarding the business applications and to deliver the system enhancement requests to the IT team
  • Coordinate and manage the external vendors to ensure the quality of services and delivery
  • Conduct feasibility study, impact analysis, and UAT system changes
Skills & experiences required:
  • At least 2 years of working experience in business application support or business analysis
  • Knowledge in banking operations and sound understanding of operations projects and related system logic
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills in both Cantonese and English
