Maintenance Officer(Building Survey) - Client

About the company

Our client company is an international corporation based in Hong Kong that is known for its quality services and innovative operation model. To stronger their maintenance team, we are now looking for some Maintenance Officer (Building Surveying) to join us.

About the role

  • Formulate, plan, execute and monitor preventative maintenance activities for assigned portfolio in accordance with company policy and procedures
  • Administer maintenance works including implementation of procurement, issuance work orders, quality control of the works, coordination with school stakeholders, handle the payment process
  • Collect, maintain, update, analyze as-built information and maintenance records from the FDD project team or 3rd parties
  • Build maintenance database and define its best used for maintenance planning/ordering and financial administration
  • Handle the preventive and corrective maintenance project for the portfolio

What you will need

  • Min 7 years of experience in maintenance of building fabrics and A&A works of commercial/ office/ residential portfolio
  • Degree holder in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
  • MHKIS/ MRICS will be an advantage
  • Good communications skills, with fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
