About the Company
We are currently representing one of the largest property developers who own and operate multiple iconic buildings in HK and APAC. To cope with their expanding business in 2023, they now have an exciting new position calling for high caliber Building Surveying talents to join and grow with them.
About the Role
Directly reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for the operation, repairs and maintenance, A&A projects of their iconic portfolios. Leading and supervising the building surveying team, managing external contractors for multiple large scale maintenance projects. You will also handle project planning, preparing tender documents, budgeting for efficient building management.
About the Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in Building surveying, solid project experience in mainenance is a plus
- Degree holder in Building Surveying or equivalent
- Chartered member of HKIS or RICS or equivalent
- Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
