Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be working cross functionally with sales and supply chain teams on marketing promotions and consumer campaigns.
about the job.
- Drive and lead overall brand strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate internally with product development teams and externally with agencies on ATL activities, including but not limited to launch campaigns, roadshows, consumer engagement events, TVC and etc
- Drive business partnerships and develop story telling strategies to increase brand awareness
- Lead to enhance overall retail and customer experience via CRM campaigns, POP and POSM initiatives
- Develop new business proposals for potential growth
- Develop and execute long- and short-term strategic marketing plan to unlock potential growth in building brand equity and channel growth
skills & experiences required.
- Degree or above in Marketing, Business Management or any relevant disciplines from reputable universities
- 4+ years of FMCG brand/product management experience in required
- Leadership experience is required
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required due to the nature of the market
- Strong business acumen with eCommerce operations experience
- Team player and able to work under pressure
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
