You will be provided with trainings, leadership development programs, staff wellness program and the opportunities to give back to your community. about the job.In this role, you will be managing the planning and execution of all marketing activities within the assigned category while maintaining profits and margins. You will also have a chance to lead and coach junior staff.
  • Responsible for planning to execution of the assigned product category, including but not limited to achieving target sales, maintaining margins and cost while consistently improving market share
  • Making use of the assigned marketing spending, implement product launch and campaigns thao gain market share
  • Identify consumer preference and trend. Making use of market insights and data to develop efficient media and promotion strategy
  • Closely work with agencies and cross-function teams internally on business plans and execution
  • Manage budget and cost for the assigned category
  • Recommend Sustainability Performane Indication and sales improvement plans to ensure business is at its maximum
skills & experiences required.
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or any related disciplines
  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing or trade marketing in FMCG, preferably personal care items
  • Good command in Cantonese and English
  • Business acument
  • Strong in analytical skills and problem solving skilss
  • Creative, mature and ability to lead and inspire
