about the company.Our client is a leading premium beverages distributor and manufacturer. With 45+ years of history in the market and over 50 international brands in their portfolio, they are currently looking for a Brand Manager (HK/Macau) and bring in new inspirations. about the team.Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be formulating branding strategies for your assigned portfolio for the local market. Working alongside your Regional Branding Team that also sits in the Hong Kong office, you will be working with people from different backgrounds - a very diverse team culture! You will also work closely with your counterparts in Asia, including but not limited to Singapore, Taiwan, Shanghai, SEA etc. about the job.
  • Lead the localization of brand strategies base on consumer preference and taste
  • Analyze consumer behavior and market trends in order to come up with effective branding strategies
  • Develop short and long term strategic brand plan, unlocking the growth potential in terms of building brand equity and specific channel growths
  • Monitor market and competitor activities
  • Work cross-functionally and agencies on marketing and advertising activities
  • Lead the analysis and reporting of trends to identify business opportunities
skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management or any relevant disciplines
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management and marketing; preferably in the beverage sector
  • Solid experience in B2B and B2C customer segment is a MUST
  • Proven track record on maximizing ROI and increasing brand equity
  • Native in Cantonese, fluency in English is a MUST
