Reports directly to the COO and CEO of the group.
about the job.
- Plan and manage corporate communications and CSR activities eg. business awards, editorials, and employee engagement activities etc.
- Control and manage content for the corporate website and social media, e.g. LinkedIn, to enhance the Group’s presence; coordinate with Marketing team and agencies to align the brand image
- Work closely with the internal team on communications strategies to promote corporate messages to stakeholders
- Actively research and propose new ideas and insights to improve employee relations and branding strategies.
- Handle staff caring programs such as birthday parties and cultural events etc.
- Participate in related projects as required
skills & experiences required.
... - Bachelor Degree holder in Degree holder in Communications, Public Relation, Marketing, or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in sizable company, preferably in Retail, F&B or FMCG
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, familiar with social media channels and website management
- Strong project management skills - planning, coordination, follow-up, deadline management
- Strong multitasking and presentation skills
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
