Bilingual Content Specialist | UX writing & Digital Writing

Our client is a financial services provider that has the most extensive business in the industry in which it covers most of the general public in Hong Kong. With its epic expansion, they are looking for a Bilingual Content Specialist to join their content team to handle both creative writing and their digital UX copy writing.

• report to content manager
• join a team of 7-8
• dynamic working environment

• draft and edit content on different touch points such as, website, videos, scripts, info-graphics, advertorials and social media
• responsible for digital content publishing on website, platforms and online portals
• find out appropriate channels to amplify campaign awareness and work closely with marketing team to prepare the relevant promotional materials
• work closely with communications team to produce internal communication materials including e-newsletter, promotion, messages, and other correspondences
• prepare YouTube channel’s content calendar
• liaise with different parties and the senior management team regarding digital contents and awards submissions

• around 2-5 years experiences in communications, copywriting and editorial
• excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• extremely detail minded, well organised and can take up responsibility and work individually
