  • Targeting high-net-worth clients in Hong Kong
  • Looking for Business Development/Key Account/Sales/Relationship Manager to join their team
about the job.
  • To utilise your personal network to market and drive sales of International Properties via direct sales, exhibitions and other events.
  • Consistently build relationships, develop leads and distributor networks to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Arranging meetings with new and existing clients to update them on target markets and available properties.
  • Liaising with clients throughout the sales process to ensure that company standards are met and exceeded.
skills & experiences required.
  • A proven track record in sales and business development with a focus on Real Estate or Financial Services.
  • Excellent language skills. Candidates MUST have Cantonese and English (Putonghua a bonus).
  • Ambitious, honest and results driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communicator with an ability to engage with potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Highly organised with an ability to work well within a team.
  • Candidates for this role MUST be based and have the right to work in Hong Kong.
