Currently, they are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join their team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, the ideal candidate will have a significant impact on the growth and prosperity of the business by fostering relationships with both new and existing clients. -Create strategic plans for the growth and development of potential advertiser relationships, considering short-term, medium-term, and long-term perspectives.
-Set and achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets by not only selling bespoke creative and advertising solutions to clients but also implementing innovative new business models.
-Identify new opportunities for revenue growth through affiliate and e-commerce models, keeping up with industry trends and client needs.
-Generate new leads, proactively approach potential clients (both brand-side and ad agencies), screen business opportunities, and manage pitch logistics. -Stay up-to-date with relevant market trends, client expectations, opportunities, and changes in the competitive landscape.
-Effectively manage multiple accounts and projects, coordinating resources efficiently to maximize productivity.
-Possess strong salesmanship abilities and deliver compelling presentations.
-Experience in a 4A's advertising agency or digital media platform is preferred.

-5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the digital media industry.
-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
-Strong understanding of the international and Chinese domestic digital media landscape and how to reach target audiences.
-The ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
-A proven track record of success in generating revenue.
-Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools.
-The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
-The ability to travel as needed.
-Fluency in English and Mandarin is ideal, Cantonese is a plus.
