Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong | Salary Negotiable | Permanent

This is a hunter position that will turn into an account management role. Reporting to the Cargo Director and based in our Asia Pacific Regional office in Hong Kong you will be fully responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, client relationship management, selling charter flights, and having operational oversight of the charter flights sold.

Job Description

You will participate in:

  • Client and supplier relationship management
  • New business generation within a portfolio of clients
  • Operational oversight of Cargo jet charter bookings from enquiry to post flight report
  • Achievement of monthly and annual targets
  • Assist on charter inquiry and quotation


As a potential candidate, you should be:

  • Confidence in approaching new clients and building rapport
  • Experience in proactive sales and a passion for Aviation
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese/ Thai/ Korean/ Japanese is a MUST
  • Young individual with ability to liaise at senior level
  • Experience in Air Freight/Logistics industry is desired
  • Ability to work unsupervised, shift schedule and/or irregular hours as require
  • Aviation degree background is desired
  • Having the right to work in Hong Kong is desired
  • Have freight forwarder/aviation/logistic experience
