job description

About the client:

Our client is a reputable property developer in Hong Kong. They own a wide variety of portfolios including shopping mall, hotel, industrial and commercial. As their company is expanding, they are now inviting the Sales Manager to develop corporate clients’ base.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, negotiating with new corporate clients and vendors
  • Work closely with the marketing team, customers and vendors
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • 4 + experience in B2B/B2C sales
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiating skills
  • Aggressive, high energy levels and sharp focus on the result
  • Fluent English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be a plus
