Marketing Manager | B2B, Technology

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a leading B2B platform specializing in comprehensive technology-driven services, including currency settlement and cross-border payment solutions. With a strong network of financial institutions and operating licenses in China, Hong Kong, Europe, North America, and Oceania, the company is at the forefront of the industry.

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing effective marketing strategies to promote the company's services. We are looking for a well-rounded marketer with a strong China background who can contribute to various aspects of the company's marketing efforts and help drive the company's growth.

about the job.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. Develop brand and marketing strategies for the company with businesses (e.g. SMEs) as the targeted audience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with the company's target audience. Work closely with the Sales & Partnership team for comprehensive campaign rollouts and to generate sales opportunities and revenue.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the B2B payment and Technology industry.
Spearhead integrated marketing initiatives, including offline campaigns (e.g. events), content marketing, social media marketing (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to reach and engage the company's target market.
Produce timely and accurate marketing and communications content, such as marketing collaterals, newsletters, articles, for client engagement.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Economics, or related discipline.
3+ years of all-rounded marketing (communications) experience gained in B2B service providers. Tech experience is NOT a must.
Solid experience in the marketing landscape of the Technology / Financial / FinTech market would be a plus.
Solid experience living or working in mainland China is a must.
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
