About the team:

Team of 3, VP + 2 AVP, reporting into the VP of the team, mostly big4 background. Relatively work life balance for capital market positions in the market, great support from a young manager and currently looking for a person who is attention to details, basic understanding of Equities & M&A valuation or at least passionate in the sector with a do-er type attitude
Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for Valuation assignments for APAC Equities business as well as other special projects
• Perform the periodic valuation reports and assist in providing valuation results for the completion of the consolidation accounts
• Analyze and review the investment documents, conduct market research, develop financial models and prepare deliverables
• Work closely with different departments from front to back office to follow up on projects
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, system enhancement, data accuracy and/or providing relevant training to colleagues

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Finance & Accounting, Professional Accountancy or any related
• Professional Qualification in CPA or ACCA, Finalist will be a PLUS
• Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in the Banking or Financial Services sectors, Ideally someone with valuation experience in capital market
• Welcome Big 4 Senior Associate Yr 1 and 2 from Wealth & Asset Management or BCM
• Team players, can work independently, fast learner, a do-er type and passionate in developing experience in the EQD market
• Proficient in MS office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Great presentation and communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Short notice is a PLUS
