Develop, implement and manage bank's products (capital call lines/subscription finance, management GP/management buyout, acquisition finance, loan syndications, hybrid and NAV financing) for PE firms (funds, management companies, GPs and SPVs)
Engage in negotiations with clients to establish pricing, terms, and conditions, while also preparing comprehensive term sheets and credit proposals.

Conduct thorough research, including meticulous due diligence and comprehensive industry analysis, to evaluate and ascertain the creditworthiness of borrowers and their underlying limited partners (LPs).
Analyze the background of borrowers, assess the conditions of funds, and evaluate the track record performance to gain valuable insights.
Develop sophisticated financial models, including cash flow and debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) models, to effectively assess the repayment capacity of borrowers.
Review and skillfully negotiate loan documentation, collaborating with legal counsel on various agreements such as limited partnership agreements (LPAs), management agreements, side letters, and collateral assignments.
Prepare compelling marketing materials, strategically plan meeting agendas, and meticulously document call reports for client meetings and pitches, ensuring a professional and persuasive presentation of Bank's products.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and handling ad hoc requests, thereby fostering and maintaining enduring, long-term relationships.
Diligently monitor loan repayment activities, assess the financial conditions, and ensure covenant compliance, providing a comprehensive evaluation of credit risk and maintaining the quality of the loan portfolio.
Regularly generate performance reports, provide timely updates on pipeline activities, and deliver comprehensive portfolio overviews to the top management team, enabling informed decision-making.

skills & experiences required.

Your previous experience as a (assistant) relationship manager or credit analyst within Institutional Banking/Sponsors/Corporate Banking Team will help you succeed in this role. You will have 4+ years of experience in FIG/Institutional Banking/Fund Finance. You will be a team player in achieving team targets and also detail minded in conducting in-depth financial and credit assessment within credit policy and parameters of the bank. Due to the targeted client segment, you will be required to speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English on a daily basis.
