Role Requirements:

Follow the policy and direction of the Department/Section to assist superiors in fulfilling overall duties and responsibilities.
Maintain and develop business relationships within the assigned portfolio by promoting new and existing corporate finance or banking products.
Collaborate with various product groups within the organization and support the synergy of capital market products, including DCM/ECM/Structured Finance.
Drive new revenue through customer event-driven transactions, business alliances with relevant corporations, and leveraging corporate finance knowledge and global networks.
Conduct research, perform corporate finance analysis, prepare presentation materials and proposals, and maintain a repository for record-keeping.
Assist in implementing certain marketing or general management policies as directed by superiors.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Essentials:

Stay abreast of industry news, research, and developments to share relevant information with internal stakeholders.
Foster close engagement with Relationship Managers and various Product Partners.
Generate and promote innovative ideas and product solutions to Relationship Managers and clients.
Understand the value propositions of the organization and explore opportunities to contribute along the value chain.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking and corporate finance or investment banking.
Desirable experience in M&A/capital markets/structured finance/non-recourse financing and corporate restructuring transactions.
In-depth knowledge of business banking products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages.
