Manage the staffing activities from onboarding to the exit processes
Support on learning and development initiatives with a focus on talent, leadership and succession development
Support in sourcing and evaluation of learning solutions to ensure alignment with the organisation’s business strategy
Support to build a team performance culture in our company
Accountable for HR system management, data maintenance and statutory filings
Conduct data analysis and drive continuous process improvement
Participate in audit processes & HR reporting
Lead or participate in HR projects as assigned

Degree with relevant qualification is preferable
Minimum 7 years+ relevant experience is required (preferably with insurance or financial services companies)
Hands on experience in core HR functions and good knowledge of HK Labour Ordinance (e.g. compensation & benefits, performance management and learning and development)
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently
Knowledge of computer applications and software related to HRIS
Strong PC skills
Strong command of written and spoken English (fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin an advantage)
