- Support HRBP on end-to-end experienced & graduate hiring process; annual performance and salary review, budgeting exercise and handle employee relations issues.
- Assist HRBP related reportings such as monthly expenses reports, staff movements, headcounts and organizational structure.
- Be the first contact point for staff enquiry and policy advisory
- Proactively involes in various new HR project
- Contribute to the streamline and continuous improvement of HR work processes
