job description

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with all enquiries and referring clients to relevant staff members either face to face, via email or over the telephone; maintaining a rapid response rate
  • Manage stock order creation and dispatch including gathering all compliance documents from clients
  • Manage client views, condition report dispatch, bids, and sale ticketing requests
  • Creating auctions lots
  • Monitoring live auctions
  • Ad-hoc reporting on auction performance

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional client service skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Be enthusiastic and flexible to undertake a wide range of tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple groups and sites
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
  • Experience of ERP and Odoo would be an advantage
