Associate Manager, Internal Control - MNC Healthcare Group An excellent opportunity for commercial and Big4 candidates to join a well-established MNC medical company for a stable future career path, they are currently looking to hire the position for their APAC businesses.

About Our Client: Our client is a global healthcare group based in Germany with over 300,000 employees across 100 countries, they are currently hiring for a team expansion to monitor their APAC business operations and performance. Job Descriptions:
  • Work closely with local internal control managers in different locations to make sure they are follow the global group guidelines
  • Communicate control review results with process owners and management, to provide practical and efficient recommendations
  • Work on global internal control and risk management projects, prepare the documents and reports for AP management
  • Manage timely completion of SOX and other internal control processes
  • Assist in the execution of ad-hoc finance projects / tasks
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Admin or Professional Accountancy or any related disciplines
  • ACCA / CPA qualified or finalist
  • At least 5 years experience in the relevant functions, and highly prefer candidates with at least 2 years CPA experience
  • Experience in internal audit / SOX with MNCs or US based Corporations is a plus
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with senior management and other external parties
  • Excellent command of written and spoken in both Chinese and English.
  • Willing to travel across Asia according to the time schedule
