We have partnered up with an reputable international law firm to look for an Associate with at least 3 PQE to be a part of their Intellectual Property Practice in their Hong Kong team. You will be working partners/ senior associates with extneisve experience in advising clients on a wide range of IP matters including but not limited to brand protection, trademark application, prosecutions and registration, name clearance and IP acquisition. about the job.
  • Advise on disputes involving embedded software copyright, materials technology, material technology and more
  • Advise on IP-related competition issues
  • Drafting and prosecuting patent application and oppositions

skills & experiences required.
  • 3-8 years PQE
  • Experience in trademark enforecement, trademark portfolio management, trademark clearance and prosecution
  • English and Chinese capability would be an advantage
  • Commercial awareness and savvy
