Our client is a global company in the travel industry. The company is looking for a Associate Director/ Senior Manager - Partnership to join their team.about the team.
Report to the Head of Sales

Sales Objective:
Grow sales in the Hong Kong market
Identify and develop opportunities that align with the Group's strategy
Drive acquisition of members and sell points
Develop new products and enhance cross-selling opportunities
Strategic Planning and Implementation:
Develop and implement a local sales and marketing strategy based on the Group's Regional Sales and Marketing strategy
Create quarterly and annual game plans with actionable steps to achieve revenue goals
Regularly conduct and analyze local market intelligence and customer behavior
Manage a portfolio of brands and products
Account Planning, Management and Growth:
Define and implement a clear account strategy to improve presence and revenue at the local level
Develop strategic and tactical account plans and identify new business opportunities
Utilize internal resources as key inputs to the planning process and continuously monitor activity against the plan
Lead negotiations, ensure successful submissions of agreements and value propositions, and exceed contract revenue goals
Maintain compliance with contract terms and conditions and maximize the organization's revenue throughout the contract terms
Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with all accounts
Identify key stakeholders and develop penetration strategies for all levels of the account's organization
Facilitate customer relationships both cross-functionally and hierarchically between the company and the account's organization
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Aviation/Tourism related disciplines
10+ years of sales, business development or partnership experience
Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of the travel industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an analytical mind
Less experience would be consider as "Senior Manager"
