- Drive the Commercial & Institutional Banking Digital Channels & Projects implementation
- Manage and execute client delivery channels initiatives plan in countries in line with the overall strategic direction of Global Banking business
- End to end ownership to ensure successful delivery on the platform/ projects
- Work closely with various stakeholders, including Relationship Management, Product team, Client Management and Implementation teams in the regions to ensure the smooth executions of the delivery so as to achieve the efficiency and cost save targets
- Digital Transformation:
- Drive digitisation initiatives for Channels e.g electronic banking Straight2Bank, Cash Management and Trade Banking services, Supply Chain finance ecosystems, API and Blockchain platform

- Prioritise Channel development road map by reflecting local market requirements and regulation from time to time for the respective markets
- Support Sales and client facing teams as digital Channels’ SME/ Subject Matter Expert with understanding of Regional and Global Channels functionalities to support further business growth
Product Development and Commercialisation:
- Identify opportunities to create value added functions for clients, including gathering requirements, creating business cases, executions and Commercialisation
- In charge of the documentations related to Channels for any product enhancements with Cash, Trade and FM/ Financial Market services, including review, create and sign off user stories and BRD documentation
- Participate in Channel release, including UAT test and user training
Channel Management:
- Keep track and manage the Channel utilisation
- Address Channel related issues that impacting the Channel's performance to ensure quality of service
- Work with internal BU including operations, IT, Legal, Compliance etc to archive product management objectives and regulatory requirements
- Ensure Product governance and operational risk framework- Data Analytics:
- Track, analyse and report to Channels usage data and other relevant KPIs/ Key Performance Indicators to monitor trends and enable effective decision-making
skills & experiences required.- Bachelor degree or above in information technology, business administration, financial engineering related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
- At least 8 years Project Management experience in banking industry
- Solid experience in product management and client facing implementation
- Business knowledge in commercial banking functions, including Cash management and Trade finance services; would be an advantage
- Working knowledge in APIs in banking, Treasury Management Systems, Blockchain Third-Party Platforms.
- Domain knowledge of payment and supply chain finance ecosystem trends
- Knowledge in business Visualisation techniques/ Dashboard management
- Efficient communicator with excellent stakeholders management skills
- Strong presentation and problem solving skills; Multi-tasking skills is necessary
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
