This is a newly created position. You will report to the Group VP and manage the entire portfolio and regions, including China, North Asia, South Asia, the Americas and Europe. You will manage a small team consist of a digital marketer, IT support, project manager. The company offers competitive salary package including meal and transportations. about the job.
  • Closely collaborate with different markets to develop their digital roadmap and identify local digital opportunities
  • Lead all digital transformation campaigns and drive each market to identify potential digital solutions
  • Fully leverage the digital ecosystem - including but not limited to O2O, mobile app, social media platform, eCommerce, brand website - to lead each market to formulate localized digital strategies
  • Manage all regions' digital marketing budget
  • Manage multi-channel, performance focused digital campaigns across all paid and own digital platform
  • Share and educate each region on current digital marketing channel functions
  • Identify key insights from research data, translate insights into business decisions and clearly communicate these to a diverse team of stakeholders
skills & experiences required.
  • Degree or above in Business, Marketing or other related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in consumer brand marketing with 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Regional exposure with China experience is a MUST
  • Welcome candidates from agencies
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English communications & writing is a MUST
  • Strong leadership, time management and people management skills
