We are looking for Hong Kong qualified lawyers with 2-4 years of experience in Corporate matters. about the job.You will be offered an opportunity to do superior work, meet and work with exceptional people and grow in a supportive culture. Leveraging their deep insight of the Greater China and international markets you will be offering tailored advice to meet clients' commercial and business objectives in merger and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate finance, private equity and project development and finance matters. You will be working as an integrated team to provide U.S., Hong Kong and English law advice to clients around the world. skills & experiences required.
  • Hong Kong qualified (PCLL)/ US Bar with 2-5 years PQE experience
  • Native or close to Native Mandarin fluency with fluent English
  • Solid corporate practice experience
