The company is a renowned premium agency that works with multiple portfolios and accounts. With their rapid expansion in Hong Kong, they are looking for an Associate Account Director to join their team who will directly report to the General Manager.

• lead a team of 4-5
• report to the GM
• flexible and dynamic working environment

• client management, proposed marketing solutions to clients, drive the whole process from ideas to execution to evaluations
• be in-charge of the content strategy, marketing calendar, community management, optimisation, etc.
• oversea and review work from agencies and subordinates to optimise the digital campaigns, projects, experiences, etc.

• around 5-7 years experiences in related discipline, years of experiences in people management
• knowledge on how to manage key social media platforms, social ad & optimisation works, etc.
• comfortable interacting with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds
• ability to identify clients’ needs and match them with our digital solutions
• excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
