As an Assistant Vendor Manager you will

-Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors
-Meet with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns
-Implement vendor selection programs to ensure that the best vendors are secured
-Conduct interview with new vendors and informing approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations
-Establish standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.
-Evaluate current vendor management programs and identify ways to improve them.
-Prepare reports for the outsourcing arrangement
skills & experiences required.
-Degree or diploma holder in related disciplines
-Min 5 years of experience in vendor management
-Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
