To cope with their local expansions, they are currently looking for an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager to bring in new inspirations. about the team.
The company employs over 40 thousand people worldwide. Reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing, you will be an individual contributor and collaborate closely with the Off-Trade and Sales Team on expanding the portfolio's current channel strategies.
about the job.
  • Manage A&P budget to evaluate campaigns effectiveness and ROI
  • Develop channel guideline and track execution effectivness
  • Conduct researches and data anlaysis while translating insights into strategies
  • Provide insights and business solutions to Sales team in order to activate on-trade marketing campaigns
  • Translate company and brand strategies into trade marketing strategies
  • Develop annual trade marketing plan to maximize profit & growth in on-trade channels
  • Occassion client visits to understand client and consumer needs and preference
skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management or any other relevant disciplines
  • At least 1 year of Assistant Manager experience is preferred
  • Current Senior Executive candidates with solid experience in driving on-trade marketing campaigns are welcome
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Native in Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin and English
  • Immediate Available is preferred
