About the company
Our client is one of the most reputable property developers in HK who develops, owns and manages multiple iconic portfolios across HK and APAC. To cope with their business needs, they now look for a Senior HVAC engineer to help lead and manage their technical services team.
About the role
You will be leading the technical services team (HVAC focused) including Engineers, in house supervisors and technicians in carrying out the operations, repairs and maintenance, replacement projects of the HVAC systems in their commercial portfolios. You will be responsible for leading the team and outside contractors, planning, budgeting and coordination of multiple large scale replacement, fitting out and energy saving projects.
What you'll need
- Bachelor degree or above in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in facility management, repairs and maintenance, with minimum 3 years of experience in people management
- Experience in commercial buildings is a plus
- Chartered member of professional bodies is highly preferred
- Independent, self motivated and good communication skills
- Fluent to communicate in English and Chinese
