You will work in a team of 8 to handle all round tax duties

about the job.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax laws, regulations, and rulings to ensure compliance and identify potential tax-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and review tax returns
• Manage Transfer Pricing compliance
• Handle tax calculation and reporting
• Assist in tax planning strategy project and managing tax related audits and disputes
• Stay updated with the latest changes in tax laws and regulations, particularly related to compliance and transfer pricing, to provide proactive guidance and recommendations.
• Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports related to tax provisions and disclosures

skills & qualificatin required.

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Taxation or related disciplines
• 3-6 Years of tax experience in CPA or commercial field
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered
• Experience in the U.S. Tax will be an advantage
• Fluent in English and chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
