Our client is a reputable Insurance client of ours. As their business is rapidly expanding, they're urgently looking for an experience HR individual, with strength in recruitment, to join their team.
about the job.
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process of the assigned portfolio from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation to proposal stage
  • Communicate with the different departments and line managers to better understand their recruitment needs
  • Work closely with external recruiters on recruitment strategies
  • Take part of the on boarding and off boarding of employees
  • Assist in organising staff training sessions, workshops and activities
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned
skills & experiences required.
  • Must have Bachelors Degree in HR Management or other related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5-6 years in recruitment experience, preferable with a mix of recruitment agency and in house
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation's
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
