- Develop and execute on recruitment tactics to target and attract talent for part-time openings
- Fulfil the staff requisition from the business unit by organising and conducting recruitment activities
- Coach and supervise two team members to ensure the process is efficient and professional
- Build stakeholder relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process
- Create a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process
skills & experiences required.
- Diploma or Bachelor degree with at least 3-4 years mass/part time recruitment experience
- Service-oriented mind set with excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact with people at all levels
- Team player who collaborates effectively across Talent Acquisition division
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken Chinese
