Assistant Store Operations Manager

Our client is one of the most distinctive luxury retail company and seeking for a high calibre candidate to join their team and be based in one of their stores in Hong Kong.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the store manager to perform day-to-day administrative support for the store operation
  • Responsible for stock management, including stockroom maintenance, receiving, packing, replenishment, and stock transfer
  • Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize client experience
  • Conduct detailed sales analysis, improve product availability, interact with store team, supply chain and respond to client needs
  • Manage stationery, uniforms, pantry supplies etc.
  • Develop the highest Brand and product knowledge

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • Relevant experience in stock management and administration in luxury retail
  • Proactive, organized and detail-minded, able to work independently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Shift duty is required
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
