about the team.Reporting to the Brand GM, you will be working cross-functionally (with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, HR and IT) and cross-regionally (APAC mainly) to ensure retail operational efficiency. You will support the strategic growth of the business by facilitating effective processes within boutiques in the region. You will work closely with Store Managers and Sales Associates to ensure smooth process is in placed.

- Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- Prepare and control store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
- Establish sales target and KPIs, monitor results against plans. Set targets for stores and motivate the team to achieve them
- Understand the retail environment and suggest sales strategies to drive business
- Monitor and motivates the team and provide coaching, feedback and thorough supervision
- Update store operating policies, procedures and practices
- Provide feedback to merchandising team to ensure popular selling items are replenished on time
- Work closely with VM team to ensure global standards are adhered
- Handle complaints from customers to maintain brand and store reputation
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
- Manage staff uniform, stock materials ordering, packaging ordering and after sales service coordination
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- 5+ years of retail operations management within the luxury sector; welcome candidates from fashion, jewelry, leathergoods, cosmetics and accessories
- Strong communication skills with the English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) languages
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Mature, independent, team player and result oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
