About the Company

Our client company is a leading listed developer with strong presences across Hong Kong and PRC. They are reputed for their stable culture, high end quality development projects ranging from residential, commercial, hospitality development as well as their stable pipeline. With new development projects and other project pipelines, they are now looking for an (Assistant) Quantity Surveying Manager to join their team.



About the Role

As the (Assistant) Quantity Surveying Manager, you will be directly reporting to head of development with the responsibilities as follows:

• You will be involving in leading a team of professionals to deliver full cycle of QS services, including but not limited to tendering, cost estimate and control, dispute resolution, final account settlements
• Play an important role in the project team to ensure the project is completed in a quality and timely manner as well as within the budget
• Coordinate and communicate with internal or external stakeholders, including QS consultants, project teammates, contractors, etc.

About the Requirement

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Professional membership in MHKIS, MRICS or equivalent is required
• Around 10-18 years in managing quality new residential/commercial development/A&A in Hong Kong
• Experience in property developers required
• Good communication skills. Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required to liaise with different stakeholders.
