(assistant) property manager - reputable property developer.

Our client is a reputable conglomerate with a long standing history and diverse business across HK, Mainland China, and APAC. To cope with their business needs, they are now looking for a Property Manager to join and manage their portfolios.

About the Role

As a Property Manager, you will be overseeing the property management, operations of their commercial and residential portfolios, activities including tenancy management, security/safety, handling customers inquiries / complaints. You will be a key touch point with external and internal stakeholders and maintain a good relationship with them.

About the Requirement

• Over 5 years of experiences in property management, experience in commercial or residential properties is a plus
• Degree or above in Property Management, or equivalent
• PMP Tier 1 / Tier 2
• Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, good command in English and Mandari
• Immediately available is highly preferred
