About the Company

Our client is one of the largest institutions in Hong Kong who own and operate their own properties. To cope with current business expansion, they are now looking for an Assistant Project Manager to look after their major capital and asset enhancement projects.

About the Job

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the project management and delivery of the major capital and asset enhancement projects. You will be expected to complete full cycle project management including planning, implementation, coordination in technical design, budgeting, managing project status as well as external contractors, for a smooth project delivery.

About the Requirement

Degree holder in Building Services, Building Surveying, Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management; candidates with prior experience in A&A, fit out would be highly considered
Good written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Immediately available is highly desirable
