About the Company
Our client is a reputable international corporation based in Hong Kong. It operates a property division with new developments and A&A projects for upgrading its existing properties. To support current business expansion, they now have a new headcount calling for project management talents to join and support their project team.
About the Role
Reporting to the division head, you will be responsible for full cycle project management including:
- Take charge of the budget control, project planning and construction supervision to make sure the project is completed within planned schedule and cost as well as meeting relevant standards
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders including but not limited to government authorities, consultants, contractors, internal departments
- Offer technical advice and research on overseas regulations and requirements of new development / A&A projects
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Building Services, Building Surveying, Architecture, Construction management or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience within clients/ property developers/ institutions/ consultancies
- Solid full cycle Hong Kong local project experiences, preferably with track record in delivering A&A and mid-scale new building or redevelopment projects will be advantageous
- Independent, reliable and good problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Immediately availale is highly preferred
