    Our client is a Japanese listed company with a strong presence in the globe. They are rapidly expanding their business and are currently hiring an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. Candidates who speak Japanese are highly preferred.

    about the job.
    As an Assistant Project Manager, you will
    -Lead Business Process improvement projects and system development projects from the planning stage to implementation stage
    -Report the progress to the department head constantly
    -Analyse the reasons and provide best business solution to internal users and business partners
    -Liaise with factories, forwarder, and IT Dept for the best solution and schedule
    -Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the department head

    skills & experiences required.
    -Degree holder from a recognisable university
    -Min 5 years of experience in project leading, with experience from manufacturing background is preferred
    -Demonstrate comfort managing multiple medium/large scale initiatives simultaneously, and manage deliverable effectively based on business needs and priority
    -Build deep relationships with cross functional partners and is always viewed as a trusted advisor and partner
    -Able to propose new and creative solutions consistently
    -Able to identify risks/opportunities and drive their teams toward the desired objective.
