About the company

Our client company is a renowned interior fit-out contractor with strong momentum to expand and diversify its design & build project portfolio in Hong Kong. The company is known for its energetic, forward-thinking and high-end quality approach in its B2B / B2C interior fit out or renovation projects ranging from large-scale hospitality projects, office new buildings, luxurious private residential to mall development. To expand the project team, they are now looking for a Project Management professional to join their team as a Project Manager based in HK.

about the role

Reporting to the division head, you are expecting your major responsibilities to be the below:

  • You will be a major point of contact with corporates/retail clients to coordinate building renovation and new building interior fit out projects
  • Take charge of interior design consultation, project planning, cost control and construction supervision to ensure projects are completed in a timely and quality manner
  • Provide advice on design ideas, FF&E and materials accroding to the project requirements
  • Conduct business development and client management to expand client base (B2B/B2C) and development portfolios
  • Coordinate and work closely with relevant stakeholders, such as government authorities, internal teams, consultancies and contractors
  • Provide technical support and solutions to mitigate potential design problems

Requirements & qualifications

  • Certificate holder in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or equivalent
  • Around 6-15 years relevant experience in project management for interior fit-out projects
  • Experience in business development and sales are highly desirable; candidate with excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills would also be considered
  • Energetic, strong leadership, planning and management skills with an analytical mind
  • Fluent spoken and written Cantonese and English, professional work proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Knowledge in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.
