About the Company
Our client company is a listed developer with a reputable name in the market. With upcoming projects in the pipeline thus they expand their team in Hong Kong rapidly. They are looking to identify an Assistant Project Manager (Building Services) to join their team.
About the Role
- Monitoring the site work progress to ensure the project on schedule
- Providing technical advice in building services
- Attending site meetings
- Liaison with different parties including internal and external
- Reviewing the documentary works & reports
About the Requirement
- Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Professional memberships e.g. CIBSE is a must
- Hands on E&M design experience and welcome consultant background
- At least 10 years solid experience in residential projects
- Immediate available is preferable
