about the company

We are currently representing a mid-size property developer to call for an Architectural talent to join the company as an Assistant Project Manager. The company is reputed for its residential new development in Hong Kong and Asia as well as its stable culture. To better support the upcoming project pipeline, they would like to invite project management talent to join the team.

about the role

Reporting to the division head, you are expecting your major responsibilities to be the below:

  • You will also be taking charge of the budget control, project planning and construction supervision to make sure the project is completed within planned schedule and cost as well as meeting relevant standards
  • You will be involve in the architectural design management to ensure the development is aesthetically and practically feasible
  • Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders including but not limited to government authorities, consultants, contractors, internal departments
  • Attend regular site supervision and inspection to ensure the efficient and quality project execution
  • Offer technical advice and research on overseas regulations and requirements of development projects

requirements & qualifications

  • Degree holder in Architecture or equivalent
  • Around 6-12 years experience of architectural project management. Experience in residential construction is a must; candidate from client side or architectural practices are both welcome
  • Professional qualification in Architecture, i.e. MHKIA, RIBA, Registered Architect is preferred but not a must
  • Site inspection experience is highly desirable
  • Analytical, detail-minded, flexible as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, planning and management skills with problem solving skills
  • Fluent spoken and written Cantonese and English
  • Knowledge in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
