As an Assistant Project Manager, you will
-Develop, plan and execute better than financial performance across operational portfolios
-Develop detailed project plans, estimates, resource plans, and status reports to maintain customer satisfaction
-Liaise with customers and stakeholders on contractual terms and service negotiations provision that is aligned to company policy and procedures
-Be responsible for managing the budget and reporting progress of the project on an ongoing basis
-Obtain feedback from key stakeholders and provide accurate reporting at critical milestones and manage stakeholder relationships
-Establish reporting structures inside the project team, ensure team engagement and review the performance of project
team members
skills & experiences required.
-Associate Degree/Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/logistics, or other related field preferred
-At least 5 years’ experience in a project management position
-Prior experience in 3PL industry
-Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional team and lead through influence
-Experience in SC and warehouse operations /logistics management, Consulting /Project Management, Business, Data analysis, new warehouse setup experience will be advantageous
