Our client is a Japanese agricultural brand that is expanding rapidly in Hong Kong. It is famous for its quality food at an affordable price. They are currently looking for a Production Manager to join their team.

As a Production Manager, you are responsible for

• Lead a team and oversee daily operations to accomplish production goals and deadlines.
• Coordinate with general managers to ensure quality production.
• Ensure the products fulfil the quality standards requirement
• Review the KPI performance reports to maximize the production process.
• Supervise, motivate and provide the job training to staff.
• Maintain hygiene and 5S standards

To be successful at this position, you need

• Education background in food sciences/manufacturing, industrial engineering or related discipline.
• At least 2 years experience in food production is preferred.
• Experience in ISO22000 ​/HACCP/LEAN/Six Sigma will be an advantage.
• Good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• A leader with a positive attitude building strong teams to achieve company targets and objectives.
• 5.5 days a week, with shift leave required
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
