As an Assistant Procurement Manager, you will
-Ensure business owners are aware of the Company's Procurement and processes.
-Review purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with the project requirement and a time schedule
-Liaise with project team and external vendors to ensure that the requirements are met within budget
-Support the Procurement & Vendor Management team to assess, select, negotiate and execute contracts.
-Issue and process of purchase order in accordance with company policies and procedures
-Expedite order, monitor and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
skills & experiences required.
-Degree in any discipline
-At least 8 years of working experience in an indirect procurement position
-Candidates with leadership experience are preferred
-Proficient in English and Mandarin is a must
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask; detail oriented; good organization skills and able to work in a team and/or independently
-Able to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and other business units across all levels of the organization hierarchy
