Our client is a leading business in the F&B consumer industry. They are currently looking for an Assistant Procurement Manager to join their team for raw materials sourcing.

about the job.
  • Performing procurement activities in relation to raw materials and supporting the process improvement projects
  • Sourcing new raw materials and supporting R&D/ Marketing on new product development
  • Managing and evaluating vendors performance in terms of time of delivery, product quality and rate of responding
  • Working closely with internal parties and the vendors in new product development projects
  • Keeping track of market information and trends and preparing management reports and regular performance analysis
  • Participating in exhibitions and bringing in ideas and sources to the business
  • Travel is required when travel resumes
  • Handle other ad hoc projects
skills & experiences required.
  • University graduate in business administration or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of F&B sourcing experience within FMCG manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
  • Sound knowledge in ERP and Microsoft Office
  • Regular travel will be required
