As an Assistant Procurement Manager, you will
-Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to support the institution's objectives.
-Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and make recommendations for vendor selection.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on best practices.
-Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.
-Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
-Support budgeting and forecasting for procurement activities.

-Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-Min 2 years of direct experience in procurement roles within financial institutions.
-Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and cost savings initiatives.
-In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, regulations, and market trends within the financial sector.
-Proficiency in procurement software and the Microsoft Office suite.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
