Our client a payroll outsourcing service provider is looking for a key personnel to manage and deliver the Hong Kong payroll services to their HK clients.

  • Responsible for managing and supervising a payroll team and report to manager
  • Manage the daily operations of the Payroll team, including payment processing for payroll and housing benefits, and the related tax filing for the full-time staffs
  • Accurate and timely end to end management of the payroll process (Fortnightly and Monthly)
  • Processing all new starters, back pays and termination including calculation of termination payments;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all Payroll related queries
  • Processing end-to-end Fortnightly and Monthly payrolls;
  • Processing superannuation, payroll tax, and staff compensation;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

The successful candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years payroll experience with the knowledge of all Hong Kong payroll legislation. Knowledge of payroll related employment law is also desired. Bachelor degree or above is a MUST.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential. Your time management and organisation skills are exceptional and you must enjoy working in a team environment.
