Conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing programs and strategies
Oversee and implement member awareness, acquisition, and engagement campaigns to achieve group business KPIs, targeting both local and Greater Bay markets
Monitor and optimize campaign effectiveness, digital performance, and ROI, with a proactive approach
Drive seamless omni-channel and loyalty communications, including branded channels (app, website, eDM), and digital advertising
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to produce online and offline marketing materials and a comprehensive campaign roll-out plan
Improve the customer engagement experience by working with business lines and internal teams, to support the growth of the business via the loyalty program
Monitor marketing budget and campaign timelines, ensuring they stay within allocated resources and deadlines

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree or above
Minimum 6+ years of experience in marketing or digital & advertising
Demonstrate familiarity with full-funnel digital marketing tracking
Possess China-based experience in WeChat and social media marketing would be added advantage
Have a demonstrated track record as a team player and experience managing promotional campaigns with multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and IT
Possess a business mindset with strong analytical and project management skills
Be proactive in taking on responsibilities, a self-starter, and able to multitask to meet challenging deadlines.
