about the job

• You will perform underwriting on complicated, suggest and appeal cases of Individual Life & Health insurances.
• You will work closely with IT and OBS on System Enhancement and Support I-initiative projects to achieve system automation.
• You will provide mentorship to junior underwriters.
• You will provide underwriting training to distribution channels and other internal departments.
• You will handle underwriting enquiries from agency offices and other internal departments.

skills & experiences required

• You are a Bachelor Degree holder, preferably with FLMI.
• You are with 2+ years Life Underwriting experience.
• You have strong analytical skills to make assessment decisions independently.
• You have good interpersonal skills and are customer-oriented.
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Senior Officers.
